Specializing in European furniture from the 17th through 19th centuries as well as traditional restorative techniques using natural shellac, Lautus Chicago Antiques fills a unique niche in the region's antique market.
Every piece is meticulously restored by hand using natural shellac and fine upholstery. We do not use spray guns, polishing machines, synthetic shellac, nitrocellulose or other synthetic finishes.
